As the dispensing circuit is completely independent from the boiler, this system allows the machine to achieve total thermal stability even if the steam boiler is turned off.
The system contains two independent circuits: the first, passive circuit is saturated with distilled water, maintaining the system’s temperature thanks to the principle of thermosyphonic circulation; the second, active circuit is connected to the supply network. With a solid double-spiral copper body immersed in the passive circuit, the dispensing water reaches the right temperature shortly before it reaches the coffee.
The TS System also means that the quality of the water is not affected during heating or dispensing, so that the water is always clean from the first cup to the last.
