    Cookie Policy

A cookie is a text file containing information exchanged between a website and your terminal (usually the browser) and is normally used by the operator of the website to improve navigation, or to send advertising content in line with the preferences expressed by the user. When the user visits a site, their device checks for a recognisable cookie, so that it can read the information contained therein. Cookies contain different information and are used for different purposes (efficient navigation in the pages of the same website, user profiling in order to send targeted promotional messages, analysis on the number of visits to the website etc…).

During browsing the user may receive on his/her own terminal cookies sent by different websites or web servers (so-called third party), which may include some elements (e.g. images, maps, sounds, links to specific pages of other domains) on the website that the user is visiting.

Some cookies (so-called session cookies) are assigned to the user’s device for the duration of access to the site and automatically expire when the browser is closed. Other cookies (called persistent cookies) remain in the device for a prolonged period of time.

These cookies are used for the specific purpose of allowing proper usage and function of the website. Technical cookies are, for example, used to help the user with logging in. Analytical cookies:

These are cookies used for statistical analysis, to improve the website and ease use as well as to monitor its correct operation. This type of cookie collects information anonymously. This type of cookie is distributed exclusively by third parties.

These cookies are sent from third-party domains and partner sites that offer their functionality across the web pages of the Site.
